Dinner

Like everything about The Falls, our dinner menu, unique specialties and their presentations are choreographed to engage all of your senses.

Creatively combining the freshest of ingredients to create mouth-watering tastes and dramatic presentation is a Falls trademark.

Our signature desserts are quite frankly the "talk of the town" with our Bananas Fosters being the favorite among favorites. Above all, dinner at The Falls is an event to be savored and remembered. Enjoy.

Happy Hour

Enjoy our little plate and drink specials every Monday through Friday from 5 – 7 p.m. or select from our Casual Fare menu.  All Falls Signature Martinis are $2 off during Happy Hour.

Catering & Special Events

The Falls Restaurants are the perfect venues for your special event, no matter what the occasion. From our romantic balconies to our intimate dining rooms, we truly have it all. Everything about The Falls is designed to create a memorable dining experience for you and your guests. We feature aged prime steaks, the freshest seafood, and one-of-a-kind martinis and an extensive wine list. Your group is sure to love what many call the best tableside Caesar salad in the valley. Before and after dinner, our full service bars provide the finest wines, all of your favorite spirits and a wide variety of cigars.

Both locations have their own unique characteristics.

La Quinta

Your group can experience our four different dining settings. The Fire & Ice Room, The Moulin Rouge Room, The Gallery, and The Fire & Ice Patio. Each with its own unique features including our famous water show. Room restrictions apply depending on the size of your group.

Palm Springs

Your group will experience elegance and sophistication in our three distinctly different dining rooms. Wrap-around terraces and romantic private balconies in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. The Belardo Room & Wine Cellar, The Main Dining Room, and The Palm Canyon Room, which overlooks world famous Palm Canyon Drive, are designed for conversation as well as for dining you won’t soon forget. 

Catering
Groups fewer than twenty may select from our full a la carte dinner menu. We ask that when making selections from our catering menus, please use the following guidelines:

10-50 guests select (3) entrees.
50 guests & above select (2) entrees.
All entrée prices include the following: salad, entrée, side dishes, dessert and coffee/hot tea service.
Prices do not include 7.75% sales tax and 20% service charge.
